Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend your consultation at the allotted time, please notify us with at least 24 hours notice. We will endeavour to rearrange your appointment in a timely fashion that is convenient to you.

In the unlikely event that your beauty advisor is unavailable to attend your consultation, a full refund will be offered or alternatively we will rearrange your consultation.

In the unlikely event that you fail to notify us that you are unable to attend your consultation in advance, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
